launched.tools is an independent editorial directory that reviews and scores AI tools. Reviews, scores, and rankings are our editorial opinion, offered to help you make your own decision. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, performance, or fitness of any tool we list, and a listing is not an endorsement or a warranty. Always do your own evaluation before relying on a tool.
Editorial independence
Scores are editorial and are never sold. A tool cannot pay to receive a higher score or a better position in an honest sort. Paid options, where available, affect only review speed, placement in clearly labeled slots, or promotional features — never the score or the substance of a review. Submissions and your content
When you submit a tool or other content, you represent that:
- you have the right to submit it and to grant the license below;
- the information is accurate and not misleading; and
- the content does not infringe anyone's rights or break the law.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and adapt the submitted information (including names, descriptions, and logos) to review, list, and promote the directory. You keep ownership of your content. We may edit, categorize, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion — including tools that turn out to be non-functional, misleading, or in a prohibited category.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to manipulate scores, rankings, or reviews;
- submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content;
- scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy the Service in a way that burdens or disrupts it;
- interfere with the Service's security or normal operation; or
- misrepresent your affiliation with any person or tool.
Intellectual property
The Service's original content — reviews, scores, editorial writing, and design — belongs to launched.tools and is protected by applicable law. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their owners and appear for identification and editorial purposes only.
Third-party links
The directory links out to third-party tools and websites for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site's own terms and policies.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Reviews and scores are opinions, not statements of fact or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, launched.tools and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or any tool listed on it.
Changes
